- To contact you by phone, WhatsApp, or email to answer questions, provide offers, or schedule a visit.

Some providers, such as Google and Meta, may store data on servers outside Indonesia. In that case, we only work with providers that apply data protection equal to or higher than that required under the PDP Law.
7. How Long Data Is Stored and How We Protect It
We store your data for as long as needed for the purposes in section 4, for a maximum of 2 years from your last contact with us, unless the law requires a longer period. After that, the data will be deleted.
To protect your data, we use secure connections (HTTPS), limit who may access the data, and create routine backups. Even so, no system is 100% secure.
If a data breach occurs, we will notify you and the relevant authorities in writing no later than 3 x 24 hours, in accordance with the PDP Law.
8. Cookies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser on your device. We use cookies to keep the site running properly, understand how visitors use the site, and measure advertising performance.
The tools we currently use are Google Analytics and Meta Pixel. We do not record your IP address ourselves, but Google and Meta may process it under their respective privacy policies.

Under the PDP Law, you have the right to:

10. Children Under 18
This website is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect children’s data. If your child submits data to us without your permission, please contact us and that data will be deleted.

This website may contain links to other sites, such as social media or maps. Those sites have their own privacy policies, so we recommend reading them as well.
